Professional tool application technology engineers go deep into the front line of the site, deeply analyze the tool problems in the customer's machining process, and assist customers in optimization.

Based on the estimated product output and tool procurement cycle provided by the customer, Nuo Er has arranged a reasonable tool inventory for personnel, resulting in an effective reduction in inventory. At the same time, based on the customer's processing situation, using the Novartis global tool data library, suitable manufacturers are automatically matched from 350 suppliers to improve product quality stability.

Customers utilize the tool management software independently developed by Nuo Er Wei to link production and tool data, allowing management personnel to real-time understand tool costs and usage. Personnel costs have decreased by 90%, and production efficiency has been improved.
